This loan amount can be used for all prepaid services, excluding Balance Transfer. This Telenor Advance Balance service is available for all djuice and Talkshawk customers and the service fee is paid upon loan return (your next successful recharge).
Steps to get the loan/emergency balance
Follow the steps, given below, to avail this emergency loan service.
- Go to the dial pad.
- Make a request by dialing the USSD code.
- Dial the code *0#.
- You will get the confirmation within a while, once your request gets accepted.
Payback amount.
Once your request gets accepted, you get the loan of 15/- PKR. On next recharge, you will have to pay back this loan. The cost you will have to pay as service charges are 3 +tax.
Company’s Terms and conditions
- This service is for all prepaid customers only
- No postpaid customer can get on this offer.
- If you have already taken a loan, you cannot opt for another loan, until or unless you recharge and return the current loan including service charge.
- There is no restriction, like some other networks, have, on having a minimum balance to avail this service, except having cleared all previous Loan requests.
- Emergency Load will be repaid upon the first successful recharge. Rs. 15 plus Rs. 3.5 (including tax) service fee will be deducted from recharge.
- As a total, you will have to pay the amount 18.50 Pkr.
- Validity for Emergency Load amount is 30 days
